I CONTACTED TO BSNL HELPLINE ON THE SAME DAY AT NEARLY 10.45PM AND THEY BOOKED MY COMPLAINT BEARING DOCKET NO. K277931144 & ASSURED ME TO RECALL ME WITHIN 24HRS. AFTER THEN NO CALL CAME.
ON 02nd DECEMBER AT 09.30 AM, AGAIN AFTER CALLING TO HELPLINE NO.9416024365 A RECEPTIONIST NAMED MAHENDRA PRATAP BEHAVED AS AN IDIOT WITHOUT LISTENING TO MY PROBLEM.
IS THIS CAN BE EXPECT FROM BSNL HELPLINE.
KINDLY INTERVENE IN MY PROBLEM.
