Hi, I have been using my BSNL mobile number for the last seven years without any problems. But last two weeks due to some untold circumstances i was not able to use my mobile and was left uncharged. When i tried to start using my mobile last two days before i found the sim got registration failed. When i contacted thecustomer service, the response from the customer serivce was very bad and not satisfactory. They were not answering properly to my question and disconnected my line. As per the BSNL policy a number should get deactivated only after 90 days which was an violation against their policy. Within in two weeks deactivation of my sim resulted in only stress.
