Bsnl prepaid service(easy recharge)
Validity worth rs 500 was not provided

Sir, i purchased a 500 rs validity easy-recharge from a shop in fancy bazar having bsnl code no 236548 to my mobile no 9401534968 which should provide me a validity of 1 month on 15th july this month to 15th august. But now what i have found that my service was valid for only for mere one day..Please help me sir.
