Worst service, followup and escalation management

I have extreme bad experience with Airtel recently

I had a land line and broadband connection from Airtel. I requested for shifting the equipment and fixing it to the new place I moved into in Oct l2011

Airtel team confirmed 26th Oct to be the day they would close this. Since then I have been receiving calls from Airtel asking me for appoint ment to fix the same however no one turns up. There are calls from some Airtel teams to me saying that they are not getting permission to set up the new connection in the new buliding which is a story created by Airtel field services team as there are lot of families in the same building with Airtel landline and net enabled in the same building.

Every time there is someone who calls says the same story. When I have enquired who the person is stopping you in fixing the same they dont have any answwr

Overall when I call up customer service the escalation time is 15 -20 mins wait time. Complaints are not registered on request. Assurances are made by Airtels so called escalation handling managers but no point.

Airtel has no value for its customers. I have names and numbers of all people who have assured me of fixing the problem but in vain.
