My landline No.25458781 (Pune) is not functioning for the past salmost 1 year. Even after speaking to the concerned GMs i.e. Mr. Mahindra, Spl. GM BSNBL Pune, Mr. Shivcprakash, GM Model Colony Exchange, Mr. Singh GM BSNL, the only reply I am getting is that "i will look into the matter" asnd nothing has been done so far. I do not understand who should I contact to get the landline restored immediately. Will the concerned authorities/Consumer forum take up this issue and ensure that the landline is restored immediately. Thanks. (v.v.k.moorthy)
