I have been having a problem with my sms service. i am being charged rs1.50 for every local sms, which should be 0.50 instead. and also Rs 1 everytime i switch on my cell phone. this problem has been there for more than two months now. complain has been registered 5-6 times with the customer care but no action has been taken. evertime i am sent a new complain no through sms, but nothing beyond that. all i get to hear is that "mam over system doesnt show any problem" or sometimes there have been cases where customer care executive have just hung up saying without completing the conversation. thats really rude and is something which is not expected out of a big company like Airtel.
