Chargs towards change in Mobile Tune

I have taken a Mobile SIM card under Pyari Jodi Yojna, just on 27th. Jan. i.e. yesterday so far so long Ihav notmade a single call frm this numbr and I find that Rs.10/- ha been deductedfrom my account towards change in caller tune, I have not made any changes and therefore it means that the munt deduced frommy acount is wrong and unwarranted and therefore shld be reimbursed withoutany delay... mustan sojitawala
