Hi, I am Dr. Parul Shukla. I bought Nokia E5 from Paragon store - Thane on 16th nov & in jan the phone has started giving problems. It is getting hang over n over again. On approaching the store from where I purchased they started giving various excuses. Sometimes they say its software problem... sometimes its hardware problem. My handset has been set to Delhi for repair... I want a NEW phone and i REFUSE to take repaired phone. I was about to buy BlackBerry but I bought nokia based on its name in market.
I also spoke to nokia gurgaon customercare number but they gave the same excuses and when i requested to speak to some senior manager but none manager came over phone to hear customer problems
Nokia is an international brand name & in abroad they have replacement policy so why not in INDIA. India should have same policies too..
If this is what nokia is giving services to India then i would not like to buy handset in future & would also discourage others.
Please help me in getting new E5 handset
