My Land line BSNL phone is not working for last nine months. Complaint No. 1860 Dt 19-05. During this period I contacted BSNL office and Higher officers in Karvenagar Exchange number of times. I have paid three bills in cash of this non working period. After paying bills again I registered complaint (No 011710 dt 21-02) as per their instructions. Till date my phone is dead but I am getting bills regularly. They are very prompt in issuing bills but do not see if the phone is working or dead. I contacted from Lineman to AGM complaint
