Not receiving bills by post

Dear Sir,

Monthly bills for landline are not being received by post in NTPC Township, PO Vidyut Nagar, Distt. Gautam budh Nagar, u.p. 201008. Duplicate bills available on website and at Raj Nagar Counter do not show full information i.e. only page 1 is availble. That creates problem in reimbursement we get from our employer. It is suggested that the bills (all Pages) are sent through e-mail regularly or made available at website.
