I have registered for a BSNL land phone along with broadband services on 4the March. After waiting for more than 2 weeks now, there has been no update from the BSNL end. I have tried calling the Ranikuthi telephone exchange but in vain, nobody bothers to pick up the phone.
PS: I have tried registering through online BSNL services but that when contacted they said that they never entertain the online requests, so why have an online form on the BSNL website
