I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services 51234030 & jokes message 56505 which got automatically activated. Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem. For cricket alart, since last 3 months I had called sevaral times the information given by them proved wrong and still these services have not been deactivated.
Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated as soon as possible.
