I Booked complaint BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION not working for last 30 days at SHOLINGANALLOR CHENNAI

Respected Sir,

This complaint is regarding bsnl land line connection, last 30 days not working my land line phone, i informed to the custmer care, but still now no one solve my problem,

i made call lot of times but now a days no one pick the call
