Network utterly failed for more than 10 days

I am a user of BSNL service provider. Since the last 10 days, I am unable to send and receive calls. The customer care number is most of the times not reachable like all others. I however called them up using another BSNL number but they just ignored the complaint and kept on procrastinating for one long hour. Irritated, I cut the phone. Even after this, no rectification has been made by them.
