Deactivation of tarriff before date

I Glory Sharma (student) is a bsnl prepaid customer of u.p.west. A month ago i bought a tarriff of unlimited local voice calls which is supposed to work for 30 days. But my tarriff was deactivated 3 days before completion of the actual tarriff period. I complained rergarding this matter in the customer care 3 times... and waited for 48hrs as guided by them. but ultimately no solution was obtained as they promised me to cll soon by themselves aftr getting the details. it is a vry small issue yet need to be reported.
