I am a bsnl prepaid user from the last three years and my phone number is 919437288558. about a week earlier thirty (30) rupees balance from my number has been deducted without my permission and i was informed later through a message that "love alert" has been activated.
Wonderful thing is that toay on 27th of jan i got another message"missu alert" has baan activated and 30 rupees again deducted from the available balance. While contacting customer care no. there is no response, if this kind of problem occurs continue user won't anymore believe on the service of this company. So, please take action on above complain.
