BSNL TELEPHONE & BROAD BAND
PHONE DADE BUT NOT GETING REBATE

I am Using BSNL Broad Band Services and Land Line in Combo pack option. My Telephone number is 033-25451847. In the Month of May june my phone was dade for more than 12days. I applied for a rentel rebate with valid docket number to JE of Barrackpore Exchange. I have not got any rebate on my last bill.

Also from 10th of July My phone and Broad Band services is dead and Docket number is F3341.

I dont know when my phone will live again and when I can get rentel for two consicutive months.
