Telephone not working for the passed 20 days

Dear sir,

This is regarding the BSNL telephone connection problem for the passed 20 days.

no reponse from the people incharge, as they tell us there is problem with the cable. They are not answering properly.

my telephone number is 0431 2534147.The internet connection is not working before that.

please do the needfull
