I had purchased a Karbonn dual sim phone, Sorry to state this phone is not worth the cardboard box it came in. All calls outgoing and incoming gets cut off with a complaint "network failure".- there is no problem with the network. (My other sim works well on the same network in a Nokia basic set). What is pathetic is the response of the service provider. He has made me walk to his shop thrice in the one week. He has not made any suggestion of the nature of complaint. Perhaps Karbonn service providers are so used to getting this sort of complaint that they have become shameless! My only advise to others who plan to buy this set - please don't unless you want to use it for a short period say 2-3 weeks, which is what it lasted for me.
