My landline has been out of order subsequently I am not able to access my Internet connection, which is mandatory for my job. I have been billed for the month of November during which time I have not used the Internet for more than 10 days. For that I have complained through 198 long back. Still they could not able to fix the problem. The highlight of the bill is that the SERVICE CHARGE is nearly Rs. 100, which is literally NIL for the worst service of BSNL.
