I am on 399 duble value plan and my past 2 months bills were in dispute and are in scrutiny, I paid 2800 rupees in 2 months and my phone was disconnected yesterday My current month bill isonly 750 rupees including 250 rupees of disconection & reconnection charges. pls dont bill unnecessary and reasons to bill us and collect fat salaries for uncapable executives of Vodaphone.. I think ur system sucks and biased, ur staff is mediocre and full of morons who cant understand customers plight and only interested in following their stupid western nonuseful system. pls change your way of treating customers from india or indian customer will be forced to treat you like shit.pls reconnect my phone, my transaction id is MU 1000568842 and was paid cash in the morning at your chembur-Ghatla, vodafone store to Mr. Nimesh from Vodafone making a pyment of 1800 Rupees to restart my goddamn phone disconnected by you yesterday. This disconnection has caused me a lot of pain and monetary loss and loss of reputation. I will take strict action against vodaphone i promise. pls reconnect my phone now. I have a credit limit of 75000 and my all three months bill is not more than 1800 rupees and i have paid 2800 rupees already and my phone is still disconnected.
