Hello,

I have not subscribed for BSNL Tunes service but it has been automatically enabled by BSNL on my mobile number 9463463062. I have never listened the song tune that has been enabled. I have been charged Rs10 for that. Please Stop that service on my mobile number and help me to get the charged amount back. Please take any action before 15 days bcz the service will be renewed after that.
