Dear respondent

i have bsnl cellone no 9460633261 in name of anita doshi

on november 10

i paid rs 45 for a plan in which call rate is 49 paisa per minute this charge is over and above normal prepaid charges

i paid this charge for one year tenure but this service has been withdrawn from 11 the may while the term for this paln expires in nov.

in this way they are cheating me and charging at 99 paisa per minute which is agianst the norms of this plan
