Non Refund of amount

Sir, I was a customer of BSNL. I was having a land line Telephone under Dhar road Exchange. My phone Number was 244844. I deposited my connection & telephone set on date 14 July. I paid the bill up to last day that was 07/07/08, still the authorities in the office bounded me to pay rupees 300/-.After assurance from the authority that same will be refunded along with security deposits. My T/R is of dt 14/07 /08. My A&S No is 271913 of dt 14/07/08, which is written on telephone deposit receipt. I tried to resolve my complaint through my friends at udhampur, but was in vain. I wrote a letter officially but received no reply from BSNL authorities at Udhampur.

Now May I request the concerned authority to look in to the matter at earliest and refund my amount at my address given on the teleset deposit receipt and the same is given below for convenience. My mobile number is 09704132584.My email address is [email protected]
