Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 5? - daily

MY cell no is 9867641171 and the service provider is airtel. It is observed that airtel is deducting Rs. 5/- daily from my prepaid balance for services which I have never asked for. this is ridiculous and I wish to tell this to the whole world as to how airtel is earning through wrong methods. Their customer response number at 198 is the worst as when you dial the said number you are forced to hear music for endless time to an extent such that you are fed up of even holding the phone, therefore I earnestly appeal to who ever the authority to look into the matter and solve my problem,
