Although the broadband is in operation, my land phone remains dead since 10.07.2010. I have lodged complain numerous time on 2582-2198. I have visited the office of Kalyani Telephone Exchange. I have lodged complaint on customar care portal at least twice. I am astonished to find that in the span of one and half a month none from Calcutta Telephones has attended the problem at all. Is it not adequate to proceed to Consumers' Forum for diseservices?
