Taking money from mobile without permission

Hi,

My mobile number is 9448184996. Before recharging my number I've called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my Pocket mobile service and they told me that the service is not yet activated and assure me that they will not deduct any money for this service from my number. However today when I did a recharge for 50 rs they took all the money from my account for this service. Could some please look this issue and help me to get my money refunded back to my number asap.
