Stoped services without any reason

I am having BSNL prepaid Mobile phone number 9426249156 since 2003 Recently it has stopped all facilities and when i called it's customercare service the officer named Narayan Patel at Ahmedabad says that person from some other number has given instruction to stop services. But they didnot confirm for stopping this facilities with me on my phone and they directly acted on instruction of unknown person. I am a profession lady and affect my profession. I have never given any alternate number so now onwards if anyone instructs something about my phone number kindly confirm it with me
