Dear sir,
i m sorry to say that your airtel service is one off the worst among all the telephone co.
the brand image that existed in my mind regarding your airtel co. has lost.
as i have mad a complain at 121 customer care before 2 week n going on complaining again and again and there is no response from your side every time a new reference number is send on my mobile n after n new msg comes that your problem has been resolved but its not resolved.
please take some severe action towards it so that it doesn't create a situation for me to disconnect from your airtel service
