GPRS NOT ACTIVATED ON HANSET

I CHANGED MY NOKIA HANSET TO BLACKBERRY 9300 & REQUESTED AIRTEL (121) TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON MY MOBILE. THIS REQUEST WAS MADE ON 5TH/6TH MAY-11 BUT TILL 9TH MAY11, THE ACTIVATION WAS NOT COMPLETED. REPEATED CALLS AT 12118 PROVIDES NO SOLUTION OPTING TO TALK TO AN EXECUTIVE RESULTS ONLY IN MUSIC/SONG ONLY FOR ~10 MINS.
