Complaint relating to distrubing and unwanted calls from Tata Docomo executive

I am Loop mobile customer, using loop mobile postpaid service from 1 July. I have paid my first bill on 21st July. Now problem is Tata Docomo executive daily call me and asking about unknown person Sujit Verma, I not aware about Sujit Verma. I asked to executive who is Sujit Verma they told me Sujit Verma is not paid Tata Docomo postpaid bill and give my number for collecting amount from me. Whether it is possible any unknown person give any other number for collecting bill amount without his Consent. I request to you take action against such executive and that unknown person i.e Sujit Verma. And stop such type of calling.
