Land Line Out off order, getting very Nuisance

Kinldy inform that, our Land line (No.468-2210193) is out off order (getting Nuisance, while talking over the phone) since last one week. please note that, numerous complained made by the responsible person and no action has been taken so far. please note that, since we all are working abroad, we have to contact our mother mother who is staying alone at home and this telephone is essential.

I would appreciate your necessary arrangement to resolve this problem at earliest.
