Got bsnl bill with more amount

Dear Sir,

We inform you that we are the customer of BSNL landline. my no. is 08548256444. We got our last month bill, the bill amount 1961.00 has come. But every month the bill comes 900.00 Avg.

Last month we did not use my Broad band connection near by 15 months. the bill should not come more then 900.00.

in this connection, kindly give me the suggession to the above query.
