I have called airtel customer care today (10 June). My LFNF was not working properly. According to their offer in SIM (Iris SIM) it is free to call one local airtel number for 100 minutes a day. But for me it was charging 50 ps per minute. After hearing the complaint, customer executive checked my status and agreed that the offers are available for me. He transfered call to Senior Executive. Her name was Deepa. She heard all my complaints. Then she told me that they have canceled all my offers before one month because they have some technical problems and it will not be available further. Without any information they have canceled all my offers. In this conversation, she told me sorry about 21 times. These sorries are the only thing that I ever got from Airtel customer care. Never take Airtel connections, if you, you will be definitely cheated.
