Terrible company

I am having 3 airtel postpaid connections which is a corporate connection.i am located in chennai city. I have a worst experience with airtel. I am having network problem for the past 2 months. There is very weak network coverage in my room and if i come out of my room, there is no network at all. I have been complaining for the past 2 months but no actions were taken. I am really pissed off. In added to this i have multiple problems, one among them is airtel web account. I used to pay my bill through airtel websites but for the past 3 months I am paying through different sites. Nobody is taking the responsibility to resolve this issue. I am not the only person affected by this, there are lot, they are not doing because of their day today works. I was a airtel lover once upon time. I am very much aggravated because of this. My house is not in a village, it is next to an IT park in chennai. The interesting thing about airtel is the customer service, if we say that we want to speak with the supervisor, they will disconnect the call. I have spoken with many supervisors through customer care but no results were met.
