I am Sneha and "Unfortunately" I am Using Reliance GSM Card.

I am Not all happy with service provided by you people, nor i am happy with the feedback i got from your customer care executives, If you want your company to run better first appoint some good executives who can talk in good manner with the customers, who will understand needs, and take action on that. I even tried to talk with the higher authority but my call was never transferred.

Is this the way to behave with the customers. First You Deduct the Balance from customers Account without Informing that too because of your mistake, In spite of calling 3 times for the same complaint from past 3 days still no action is being taken on it and top of that my balance is deducted everyday yesterday my balance went in negative because of you, I had to make important calls. And don't we have.

We put balance in our cell for our purpose its our money we will use how we want but you people use our money how you want. While cutting you deduct the money in a moment but giving my MONEY you require so mush of time?

Enough is enough i cant tolerate this anymore. I just want all my money back. So that i can change the service provider as early as possible i want to get rid of this RELIANCE soon.
