I have made payment on postpaid bill through PAYTM.COM on 31-Jul for BSNL postpaid the number is 9436372061 Mizoram number and recharge has not been done and Rs .510 was deducted from my Bank Account .state bank of India and my account number is 20071894868 and my order number is - 44378503 .

so i therefore request to refund back amount of Rs .510 in my Bank Account State bank of India.
