My land line no 040-27178089 has facility of broad band. Iam getting excess billing since last 2 months, and an additional billtoo. I paid all bills by trusting people of BSNL.Now selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is not responding for registration. how to over come my problem of excess billing more than my usage
