My incoming and outgoing services for reliance prepaid Mobile no. 91-9323016299 have been barred from past one day. Even after customer care complaints, my services have not been resumed till now. After much persuasion for the cause, i have come to know that my documents submitted for connection have some problem but exact nature of cause has not been reported to me and no prior notice for barring my services was given. I even submitted all my details in full to the retailer from where i purchased the Sim card. Even he too is denying for any lapse at his end. Even if the documents have been missed by the company, why my services have been barred for this negligence on the part of the company's channel for document processing.
