Idea cellular prepaid serivce
Deduction of balance by auto activation of some sms services

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am the user of idea prepaid network in Mathura (UP). It is a normal & frequent practice of Idea cellular that they activate various services on my number like SMS friends, Food tip, matrimonial etc. and they deduct the charges for it. Please do some necessary so as they can not able to act like that in future.
