Deduction off a balance without any ression

Dear sir

i am a Tata docomo user.

I own three mobile no off Tata docomo

7208284722, 9029177790, 9029177791,

from the last three months i facing a problem of deduction of balance.

I use Internet on my mobile, and by surfing i saw some adds so i click on that add to know about them, but just by clicking on add they deduct balance INR 25.

so i call customer care center but they doesn't do anything, at that time i thought its my

mistake so i keep quit but after that they use to deduct my balance

without knowing me and when i call them they just replay system are slow and we can't

help you. And after that they doesn't connect call to

customer care center.

But this time without any reason they deduct my balance INR 25

so please take some serious action on this
