Person fron Dining plus called me and asked regarding co .he told me this card will be free of cost asCo is giving previlige to VISA card holders. and you will get no of benefits. He clearly told me there will be no charge at all.he asked about my credit card etc. After 10 min or so a phone came from Axis bank and told me an amount of rs 5499 has been charged from your credit card. Immediately I request bank to stopped any payment from my credit card and issue a fresh credit card.
I requested bank to revert back the money as without my permission how the co has deducted the amount. This means bank is not having any fulproof system, because when i purchase any thing online they asked me for secret no and verified by visa. How this transcation happened, till date i am not able to understand. In this case bank is also equally responsible for this type fraud.
Kindly do necessary action to get my hard earning money from Co. (dining Plus) or axis bank whose credir card is with me.
