my prepaid airtel no. is 919890809808 from pune, from last 03 months i am unable to send any messages, i have made several complaint regarding this to costomer care but everytime i got response that it would be resolved within 48 hrs. which has never been resolved for last 03 months.

kindly take a prompt action on these and get my issue resolved ASAP
