One service activated (With out my knowldege) in my mobile prepaid connection on May 19th & with Daily 1 rupee rental. I am calling customer care from June 1st to deactivate that service, And everyday the customer care people are telling that the service will be deactivated in 4 hours, but up to now it was not deactivated and I am paying 1 rupee rental, even I dont know for waht service I am paying that. The tata docomo customer care people are very bad, they dont even respond properly with customers.
