Docomo Deactivated my mobile connection for 3 days

TATA Docomo Sucks!!

I declare TATA Docomo has the worst service among Indian Telecom operators. I had a really BAD experience with them. They have deactivated my service for 3 days:(. Reason – They failed to do the address verification. How on earth can they call a working customer on a weekday and ask them to be at home in the morning? They give a deadline of 24 hrs to go to the store, that too on a weekday. Do they think we don’t have any other work apart from running around their stores during weekdays? Added to this – their 121 customer service is pathetic. They say they will call back, but they never do. Their staff (including the store manager) at the store (City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata) are not at all apologetic about their service and in turn behave rudely with the customers. TATA Docomo!! Self off your business and start a VADA PAV business coz you are fit for that, at least I hope so! :-|
