Money deducted from bank account

On sunday 23rd Oct morning 09:15am. I tried to recharge my TATA DOCOMO number with 50/- rs. I made transaction through online sbi account, everything gone smooth and succesful but I am not able to get balance in my mobile. I don't know why But I want the reson for it.
