I purchased docomol Prepaid SIM () on 19-8. The dealer said, 20-June mornings, would activate. But the whole day not activate. I am waiting for activate. At the day 21-June I called to dealer, he said we are activated your number, you will get SMS. Then I told, no SMS came to my number. I checked with *111# that results was "Your account has is barred". The dealer says, I called to customer care that the docomo server was in problem. So it will take time or today night will be activate... But today is 22-8, it not activate. About that where I will submit the report? or What I do now?
