Please HELP me. I’m not able to receive any SMS from any operator (IDIA, AIRTEL, RELINCE, AIRTEL..etc) from Dehradun or you can say from Uttrakhand region. I already talked with your many senior executives but they are unable to solve my problem. i don't know how you will teach your executives they even don't know anything. they just only know to argue with the costumer. even they don't know who is responsible to sole this problem.
I was facing this problem since the day I purchase this SIM card. Some of your executives told me that you have to replace your SIM card for any DOCOMO outlet. When I went the outlet they are asking me 50 rupees to replace the new SIM. I don’t understand about all this bullshit, why I have to pay money to replace my SIM card because I’m facing the problem since the 1st day when I purchase the card and this is company responsibility to replace my SIM card because I’m facing the problem from 1st day. I already registered the complain same day in your customer care center. So I’m just waiting for your response after that I don’t have any another option only to file a case in CONSUMER COURT.
