Yesterday i received a call from tata indicom call center quering about the caller tune request for which i denied clearly but today i found that Rs. 40 were deducted from my account and a caller tune was set. I immediately called up the customer service and asked them to remove the caller tune and a cash back of Rs. 40 in my account for which they denied and the customer care executive to whom i was talking (Mr. Rohit) was very rude and was misguiding me saying that this request has been fprwarded by you only whereas it was not being forwarded by me. i would request you to kindly look into the matter and revert me back as soon as possible so as as to inform me about the complaint that i have lodged. I hope to get a revert back soon from your side.
