Out going call barred, always giving massage to contact to 1503 which not available for about 100's times

9420718858 mobile out going call are barred since a week, we have enough balance and validity left over, only one massage is repeatetly coming is contact 1503, but 100' s of time we tried but of no use, as aresult i am loosing my valuable bessiness and time
